About Me

I would not be where I am today without faith in a Higher Power, a loving community of family, friends, and healers. I've struggled with life, and it has taken a lot of work to build up the tools that have helped me navigate the ups and downs of living. What I'm discovering on this journey is “don’t give up and reach out”.

Several years ago, friends invited me into their drum cirles, showing me the healing power and magic of sound and community.

One day, the music I was playing inspired me to start painting, which has deepened my ability to playfully express my feelings through the mixing and blending of colors and textures. Painting allowed me to experience relief from anger, grief, fear, and anxiety. At times painting was frustrating, but most of all, it was fun and joyful!

On August 8th, as I listened to a playlist, I imagined people gathered together around a table, enjoying a sound bath, painting what came to mind. This vision has became more than a thought; it is now my passion.

The support from everyone leaves me feeling overwhelmed with gratitude.

Peace to you,

Sara
